  9. Ever heard of Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI)?  Well, it's what you can
  10. get  if you spend a lot of time using a computer without breaks and if
  11. the  equipment  you  are  using  is not setup ergonomically.  RSI is bloody
  12. painful  and  can  if  left  un-treated  ruin your computing career or your
  13. enjoyment of computing in general.

  15. RSIBreak  is  designed  to  reduce  your  chances  of  getting  RSI by
  16. reminding  you  to take regular breaks and thus breaking up the amount
  17. of continuous typing you do on your Amiga.
  18.  
  19. There  are  loads of these programs on the Mac and PC and so I thought
  20. it  was  about  time that the Amiga community got one to.  If you have
  21. RSI  or  are worried about getting it, download this program right now
  22. and get it installed on your Amiga.  Hopefully you wont regret it...
